An informative session reserved for firefighters and family members.  Attendees will learn how to recognize the primary signs and symptoms of distress and helpful techniques to regulate it.

Are attendees required to attend both the lecture and yoga class?

No. Although recommended, attendees are not required to stay for both the discussion and the yoga class.

I have never done yoga, can I attend?

Yes, this standardized yoga sequence is suitable for all activity levels. Rest is encouraged and water is available on site.

Do I need to bring anything to the session?

No. Hand outs and yoga mats are available on site. If you prefer a personal notebook and yoga mat, you are more than welcome to bring these.
